"Idaho Easy Glide LLC does not offer (free shipping) unless specifically approved by General Manager and/or Owner, in which case a Promo Code will be used"

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Idaho Easy Glide LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Local Pickup Option
Local Pickup at our Caldwell Shop may be arranged with Idaho Easy Glide LLC by emailing our Team at ride@idahoeasyglide.com or calling (208) 914-5847
Order Processing
As Idaho Easy Glide LLC is a new start-up small business, we have an initial wait time for our first batch of product inventory which will not be available to ship until January. We reserve the right to change or modify this date at any time due to manufacturing and shipping. Once inventory is in stock at our warehouse, shipping will start immediately.
Customer may request to cancel their order during processing at any time before item is shipped, restocking fee may apply depending on status of order.
Orders will be processed 1-3 days from payment being received, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and payment received, cancellations can only be approved by contacting Idaho Easy Glide LLC before item is shipped. Once the item is shipped, order cancellations will not be accepted. Please review our return/refund policy.
Delayed Orders
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delays in shipping, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.
Damaged Orders
Idaho Easy Glide LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
Shipping Restrictions
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the U.S. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
