Refund policy
If you ordered directly from idahoeasyglide.com or from one of our dealers and there’s a problem with your order, we’ll do all we can to make it right. Guaranteed.
Exchanges: When you first receive your delivery, please inspect your product thoroughly. If you discover a problem with your purchase, you can exchange it for a replacement or a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
To report a problem for exchange or refund, first, take a few photos of the problem area(s). Then, email the photos to ride@idahoeasyglide.com, provide a description of the problem and indicate if you would like a replacement or full refund.
We’ll review the problem, and if a replacement is required, we will provide a shipping label for you to return the original product for an exchange, or provide a full refund.
Please do not install or use the product if there is an issue, an installed/used product would void the exchange and returns guarantee.
Returns: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. Once a product is installed or used, it will void the 14 days return guarantee. Requests must be done by phone or email.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with serial number tag in place. All original packaging in place, with no metal-on-metal contact. No customized changes, including holes drilled, or parts missing or added. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping method and costs, and Insurance is required. Damaged product will not be accepted or refunded.

If your return is accepted, a restocking fee of 10% of original purchase price, will be deducted for inspection and restocking of item. Then a refund will be issued to original payment method of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be initially accepted. Communication with Idaho Easy Glide LLC must be initiated by customer first.

Warranty: All Idaho Easy Glide LLC products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. This warranty does not cover discoloration or rust. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product, which may be proven defective under normal use. Idaho Easy Glide LLC will not warranty any system that has been abused, misused, improperly installed or modified.
Dealers or distributors are not authorized to make dispositions binding upon Idaho Easy Glide LLC. Idaho Easy Glide LLC will not be responsible for any labor charges incurred in removing or replacing any system under warranty. A return authorization number and a copy of the original purchase invoice must accompany all returns. Parts returned without a return authorization may be refused. Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You may also cancel your order, but please do so within 48 hours. After 48 hours, we charge a 10% cancellation fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
